This page is maintained by Spacopedia to explain, in plain language, what information this website collects about you, why we collect it and how you can ask us to change or remove it. It describes our current practices and is updated when those practices change.

This policy should be read with our Legal information and Terms and Conditions.

When you submit a form on this site, we receive only the fields you fill in:

• Design enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, city, house type, dimensions, super built-up area, the service you are interested in and any additional notes.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the role you applied for, your cover note and the resume file you upload.

We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal data through this website.

Enquiry details are used to contact you about your project and to prepare a proposal. Job application details are used to assess your candidature and to contact you about the role. We notify our own team by email and WhatsApp when a new submission arrives so that someone responds to you quickly. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are stored in our managed database, and uploaded resumes are stored in our private cloud storage. Access is restricted to the Spacopedia team members who need it to respond to you. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and resume files are not publicly browsable.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and reach you: managed database and cloud storage hosting, an email delivery service, a WhatsApp messaging service, and a bot protection service that screens form submissions. These providers process your data only to deliver the service to us. Embedded testimonial videos are served by YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, which apply their own privacy practices.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our bot protection widget and embedded video players may set their own cookies or local storage when they load. Basic server logs are kept for security and troubleshooting.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our project history, and job applications for the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period afterwards in case a similar role opens. You can ask us to delete your record sooner at any time.

To see or correct the information we hold about you, or to withdraw a job application, write to legal.spacopedia@gmail.com from the email address you used, or call the number listed on our Contact page.

You may also request deletion of personal information submitted through this website by emailing legal.spacopedia@gmail.com. We will remove the applicable data and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.

This website is intended for adults enquiring about interior design services or applying for roles. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When our practices change, we update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
