By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or applying for a role, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover website use only — the work on a specific project is governed by the separate agreement you sign with us.

You may browse our pages, view our catalogue and project gallery, and share links to them. You may not attempt to bypass our security or rate limits, scrape content in bulk, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, upload malicious files, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.

When you submit an enquiry or an application, you confirm that the details are accurate and are yours to share. Text fields accept letters, numbers and a limited set of symbols; other characters are removed automatically. Resume uploads must be a permitted document type and within the stated size limit. Duplicate applications for the same role from the same email or phone number are rejected.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve capacity. Any indicative pricing, area estimate or timeline shared in response is subject to a site visit and a written proposal. Work begins only after a signed agreement.

Room walkthroughs, floor plans and catalogue visuals are illustrative renderings and design intent, except for the Projects page, which shows our actual completed work. Dimensions, proportions, finishes and material availability may differ in reality. Catalogue items are subject to availability and to supplier changes.

You may ask us to delete personal information you submitted through this website by emailing legal.spacopedia@gmail.com. We will remove the applicable data and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this site — including the Spacopedia name and logo, drawings, renderings, photographs, videos and written copy — remains the property of Spacopedia or its licensors. Commercial reuse or redistribution requires our written permission.

Testimonials are published with the consent of the client who gave them and reflect that client's individual experience. They are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Embedded videos are hosted on third-party platforms subject to those platforms' terms.

We aim to keep this website available at all times, but it may be taken offline temporarily for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website and its content are provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, Spacopedia is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content, or for any indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
